Shipping your package

Delivery of steps is always directly from stock. The packages are delivered by GLS parcel service (our faithful parcel delivery service for about 20 years now). As we ship the package, you will receive a ‘track and trace’ link by e-mail the same day so you're able to track the package any time.

Many customers choose to receive their ordered scooter at work or for instance at the neighbors if they are not at home themselves. The driver will visit you weekdays between 9:00 am. and 17:00 pm.

When you choose a different shippingaddress, please inform us as you order.

Your order will be delivered free to individuals in the Netherlands with a total amount of over € 200, ​​-. For orders up to € 200, ​​- we ask just € 4.95 postage within The Netherlands. Other countries have different shipping costs. It’s also possible to collect the package at our warehouse during weekdays between 9.00am and 13.00pm. The best is: there are no costst involved and you don’t have to wait!


• Monday to Thursday: ordering by before 16.00 pm?  Your order will be shipped the same day. Within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium you can expect the package the next working day.

• Do you order on Friday morning before noon? Your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect the package on Monday. Note, GLS does not deliver on Saturdays!

• Friday to Sunday: STEPSHOP order on Friday afternoon between 12.00 and 16.00 Monday?  Your order will be shipped on Monday. Within The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you can expect the package Tuesday. Delivery to other countries will require, unfortunately, a couple of days.


Not at home? No problem. You will receive a message in your mailbox with a telephone number of the GLS depot in your area. The package is over there waiting for you to be collect by yourself or you can arrange a new delivery date via the GLS Parcel Shop. For Parcel Shop addresses please visit the GLS website.


Please note: GLS does not deliver on Saturdays!


Returning your package


Suppose the color or size of the scooter does not fit you, please contact us directly  by e-mail or give us a call. We’ll make an appointment for GLS to pick up the scooter at our expense on the date that suits you. Please note that’s only possible to return a scooter when it’s  100% new and undamaged! Within 10 days you will receive your money in your bankaccount. Please do not forget to put proof of purchase in the box when you return the package.
Would you also ensure that the scooter will be well packaged so that no transport damage can occur during transport to our warehouse?
